Update from the GM: A New Era of Amenity Access and Security at Stonebridge Ranch

As we continue making progress on the Beach Club renovation project, I’m excited to share an important milestone that extends far beyond the Beach Club itself.

Today, I met with Board Director and Beach Club Project Manager Bob Edgar, Maintenance Director Eric Ortega, and our technology partner, PHD Tech, to review project schematics, finalize system layouts, and confirm the locations of access control readers and security cameras that will be installed as part of our new amenity access and surveillance system.

While this technology is being incorporated into the Beach Club project first, its impact will reach across Stonebridge Ranch. The new system is being designed to enhance security and convenience at amenities throughout our community, creating a more seamless experience for residents while helping protect the spaces we all enjoy.

For many years, amenity access has relied on more traditional methods, but with this new system, residents will benefit from modern access control capabilities, including mobile-friendly technology that can integrate directly with smartphones, making entry to amenities more convenient than ever before.

In addition to improving access, the system will strengthen security through strategically placed cameras and upgraded access controls. These enhancements will help us better monitor community amenities, improve accountability, and provide an added layer of protection for residents and guests.

What makes this milestone especially exciting is that it represents something entirely new for Stonebridge Ranch. We have never had a community-wide amenity access and surveillance platform of this scale. The result will be a more secure, more efficient, and more resident-friendly experience across our amenity network.

As implementation plans continue to develop, we’ll share additional information regarding timelines, resident access procedures, and future enhancements. We look forward to bringing this technology to the community and continuing to invest in improvements that enhance the Stonebridge Ranch lifestyle.
